Exciting Summer Concert Lineup Coming to Broomfield

You’ll want to have your calendar ready as you read this.

Creative Broomfield has announced its 2022 Free Summer Concert Series and it looks pretty spectacular.

Creative Broomfield will present seven concerts with the final two summer concerts being held in new locations across Broomfield: North Midway Park and Redpoint Ridge Park in Arista.

“It’s always nice to have these kinds of events,” explained longtime Broomfield resident and former Boulder Valley School Board Member, Jean Paxton.

“We need a variety of activities to offer our residents,” she said.

So, while planning your summer 2022, consider adding a few of these concerts to your calendar. And when you make your way to the concerts, be sure you arrive for pre-show festivities, including interactive fun such as crafts, mini-performances, and activities for kids. These kid-friendly participant activities are being brought to you by the Broomfield Council on the Arts and Humanities (BCAH) and the Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library.

And it does get better: Each concert will have sweet and savory food options brought to you by local food truck vendors, so you’ll want to bring your lawn chairs, umbrellas, money, and an appetite.

A special event is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 27 at the Broomfield Auditorium, 3 Community Park Road specifically for families. This presentation is a collaboration between Creative Broomfield and Broomfield’s Mamie Doud Eisenhower Public Library.

“All these creative opportunities available to us are good for our community,” added Mrs. Paxton.
