MAJID JORDAN MAJID JORDAN

Majid Jordan masters the art of being weary on the dance floor with their self-titled debut album. Armed with a set of midtempo cuts, the producer-songwriter combo of Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman trudge through a swamp of contemplative thoughts and sadness about lost and potential loves while simultaneously bopping their heads to the tune of beats that toe between alt-R&B, dance and synths rivaling sound effects from ‘80s sci-fi thriller Tron.

THE LAST WITCH HUNTER THE HUNT FOR WICKED WITCHES IS GOING ON; IT’S STILL GOING ON…

I can’t say anything about Breck Eisner’s other works, but his ninth producer’s project is something he mustn’t be ashamed of. However, it might not be something to be much proud of, either. Anyway, everything’s only starting, the second part has already been announced; a new hunt is already very close at hand, so there are opportunities to correct the mistakes and to make the sequel a more qualified sample of the genre. And it doesn’t matter if it’ll be Eisner again or his successor.

people

Martin Stranka is one of my favourite photographers. And I’ve made a decision to reveal to our readers his deep inner world which is webbed from fragile feelings, penetrated with wonderful music and lyrics - all these things in particular give us an opportunity to enjoy the visual expression of that universe in one person. I‘ve interviewed Martin especially for the readers of bOS mag.

5000 KILOMETERS OF ADVENTURES PART 8: THE EASTERN UKRAINE HITCHHIKER’S NOTES

traveling Having had our delicious okroshka and being inspired with the successful crossing the border, we decided to catch the next car which would take us up to a more or less large town. Luckily, after the border control all cars were still moving slowly and soon one of the drivers took the trouble to stop and said that he was heading to Sedovo that was quite near and we agreed. Having reached our destination, we recognized the same sceneries of the post-Soviet ruin which can be seen in our underpopulated towns, but, anyway, the town itself was quite cozy. However, we weren’t interested in it; the smell of sea-water attracted us more! Having walked through several districts with a spring in our steps and having passed around the territory of the paid beach where you could rent a wooden house (but we preferred our old kind tent), we got to the free beach.

SERGEY VORONTSOV BY RUSLAN ELQUEST Sergey Vorontsov was born in Zaporozhye; having moved to Kiev several years ago, he got a profession of a stylist. But you can’t escape your fate and a stylist has become a model, and as you can see and it’s not for nothing! Now Sergey travels a lot around Europe; he has his photographs taken for covers of well-known magazines such as FIASCO (France) and DREAMBOYS (Germany). Just recently Sergey has been posing on camera of Moscow photographer known as Ruslan Elquest… “The photo shoot with Ruslan has been one of the best in my career. He’s a real artist! But the most important thing was that we were on the same wavelength and we understood what kind of final result we’d like to see… And people, who could see these photos, felt special energy”. Let’s become revived from these wonderful photos, too!
