Adeleke Sets To Appoint Commissioners
GOVERNOR Ademola Adeleke of the State of Osun is set to form his cabinet with the appointment of commissioners.
Sources at the Governor’s Office informed OSUN DEFENDER that Adeleke has penciled down names of members of the Peoples Democra c Party (PDP) to be appointed as commissioners.

According to the sources, the list of the poten al commissioners would be forwarded to the State House of Assembly any moment from now.
Mallan Rasheed Olawale, Spokesperson of the Governor confirmed to OSUN DEFENDER yesterday that the list of the commissioner nominees will be sent to the assembly very soon.
Olawale said: “I can confirm to you that the list of the commissioner nominees will be sent to the House of Assembly very-very soon. It could be in the next one hour or before the end of the month.”
Among the names being touted for the appointment are: Mr Abiodun Fafa Ojo (Ayedaade), George Alabi (Ejigbo), Maruf Ayofe (Ede North), Bashir Tokunbo Salam (Ede South), Sola Ogungbile (Egbedore), Sunday Oroniyi (Iwo), Gani Olaoluwa (Olorunda), Hashim Abi- oye (Ifelodun), Rasheed Aderibigbe (Odo-O n), Kolapo Alimi (Irepodun), Ayo Awolowo (Ila), Bunmi Jenyo (Ila), Mayowa Adejoorin (Obokun) Bayo Ogungbangbe (Oriade), Wole Bada (Ife Central), Sesan Oyedele (Ife East) and Barr. Jola Akintola (Ilesa-East).
OSUN DEFENDER noted that Osogbo and Atakumosa local governments had no nominee on the list as of the me of filing this report yesterday.
It was also gathered that Governor was also compiling list of members of the party to be appointed Special Advisers which will also be submi ed to the assembly for approval.
