STEWARDSHIP OF YOUR VALUABLE RESOURCES Building can be an overwhelming experience involving considerable investment, and we fully understand that. We aim to help you steward the valuable time and resources of your community, congregation or parish. At O’Shea, we work alongside you in every manner, from budget planning to labor. As we begin your new project, it is likely that you will receive inkind contributions of materials or services. In-kind donations can help defray the cost of your project, as well as provide the opportunity for supporters to contribute to your cause. However, these contributions can sometimes become challenging to coordinate and to incorporate into the project in the most valuable way. Recognizing the importance of in-kind contributions to your organization, O’Shea Builders has an established process to handle in-kind contributions for our not-for-profit client partners so that these contributions provide maximum value. In fact, we often encourage donations for the project as part of the bidding process. Once secured, we then work alongside volunteers and donors throughout the process. O’Shea coordinated our volunteers onsite to help with painting, flooring, ceiling and tile installation. It was wonderful to see our church members working side by side with our contractor.
