1/2 dl Mandlar 3 st Ägg 1/2 dl Strösocker 1 krm Salt 1 pkt Saffran 1/2 dl Vetemjöl 500g Cottage cheese 2 dl Mjölk 2 dl Björnbär eller sylt 2 1/2 dl Mellangrädde Sätt ugnen på 175°. Hacka mandeln Vispa ägg och socker. Rör ner salt, saffran, mjöl, cottage cheese, mandel och mjölk. Häll smeten i en smord ugnssäker form. Grädda i mitten av ugnen ca 50 min.
