RIYADH EMPLOYEES CLUB
•CONCEPT STAGE The municipality employees club project is located in the neighboring al Quds neighborhood in Riyadh. And it extends over a plot of land with an area of 18,000 m2. The built –up area of the project is estimated at about 3000 m2 ,to include allatives required by the owner, in addition to open spaces and playgrounds and green areas.

JORDAN YOUTH HUB DESCRIPTION The project is to develop a Youth Hub, on a 4,000 sqm land located in King Abdullah II parks in Amman. According to the client’s requirements, the built-up area and functions are expected to be as follows:

Co-working open spaces, offices, workshops, training areas, computer labs, study and research areas, mini library, creative facilities, media soundproof studio, art studio, theater, prayer rooms, washrooms, incubation areas, meeting rooms, outdoor multipurpose areas, parking area, guard room, restaurant, canteen area, and shared open platforms.

CONCEPTUAL METHODOLOGY Our goal is to create a building that is minimal and modern, with clear visual coherence, yet at the same time, it contains a vibrant space full of interaction between youth. So, we started from a basic geometric form, and carve it according to a contextual criterion.

DESCRIPTION This Projects aims to rehabilitate an existing 2-storey Mixed-Use building on a 65,651sqm land. The existing Retail and Office units (23355sqm) will be partially demolished and redesigned to include 2-storey core and shell building (BUA 29250sqm), which comprises Retail units, Cinemas, Entertainment Halls, Offices (workshops), Gyms, Food Court, Outdoor Plazas and Restaurants.

SCHOOL-QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF BASIC EDUCATION DESIGN DEVLOPMENT STAGE Concept Design. 3D SHOTS(MODELING & RENDER).

DESCRIPTION Located in the middle of the `Al Iman` district, a quite residential area without traffic and few services, it is easly accessible and enjoys an open view on all the surroundings. The project will enrich the neighborhood without impacting the nature of the site. The closest building is a two storey villa on the east side of the site and the surrounding buildings consist mainly of two floors with a maximum of four and a minimum of one. Stone cladding faceds are mainly used.

The program provides a comprehensive suite of services for maternal patients on various clinical specialties in a pleasant welcoming, and comfortable human environment, within an outlook towards a fresh and distinctive “identity character palette” that cultivates to distinctly impress a holistic ‘Iconic and Unique’ presence for IMC.

The program provides a comprehensive suite of services for patients on various clinical specialties in a pleasant welcoming, and comfortable human environment, within an outlook towards a fresh and distinctive “identity character palette” that cultivates to distinctly impress a holistic ‘Iconic and Unique’ presence for IMC.
The purpose of this pre-concept, R&D Document is to highlight state of the art outpatient and similar medical facilities, in terms of spatial qualities, aesthetic environment, and user public experience. The introduction section highlights general overall wellness enhancing spatial design qualities. The second section, establishes a selective overview of best practice examples from a public interior perspective. These examples highlight spatial intervention strategies that have qualitative impact on the interior environment of health care architecture. The third, summarizes design values from an environment and aesthetic experience standpoint. These premises, it is foreseen, would further find a way towards a holistic conceptualization of the architecture, its identity, and iconic presence, as an inside-out recollection of associative principles, and vice versa. Finally, the fourth section carries initial thoughts of potential public interior look & feel theming.

THE COMPOUND PROJECT WILL ACCOMMODATE SEVERAL FUNCTIONS, MAINLY APARTMENT PROGRAM, RETAIL STRIP WITH SHARED AMENITIES AND RECEPTION AREA AT GROUND LEVEL.FINALLY, SHARED AMENITES , POOL AND GYM AREA AT THE ROOF LEVEL ALONG WITH 2 BASMENT PARKING FLOORS.
CONCEPT EXPERIENTIAL FEATURES FEELING HOME-QUALITY TIME-CREATING MEMORIES. OUR APPROACH TO DESIGNING A COMPOUND BUILDING WHICH BLENDS IN WITH THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT AND REFLECTS THE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE REGION. TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION HOME-LIKE DESIGN APPROACH BECAUSE IT PROVIDES A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND BELONGING. LIVING IN A COMPOUND MEANS LIVING IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO YOUR NEIGHBORS WHICH ALLOWS FOR MORE INTERACTION AND SOCIALIZATION THIS CREATES A FEELING OF CONNECTEDNESS AND SUPPORT. ADDITIONALLY, LIVING IN A COMPOUND OFTEN MEANS SHARING AMENITIES SUCH AS A POOL, GYM, OR PLAYGROUND, WHICH FOSTERS A SENSE OF SHARED OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY. OVERALL, THESE FACTORS CONTRIBUTE TO A FEELING OF COMFORT AND FAMILIARITY IN THE COMPOUND, MAKING IT FEEL LIKE A TRUE HOME

DARMA FARM & RESORT PROJECT TYPE : FARM & RESORT LOCATION : RIYADH The CONCEPT of the project is to re-plan the general location of the farm, in line with the owner’s functional and development requirements for the entire plot, which includes re-evaluating Existing buildings and considering reusing them as complementary functions or keeping them as they are to form a new part of the full scheme of functional proposals.

The project Location: The area of the original piece is estimated at 500 thousand square meters in the city of Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is characterized by the presence of a pivot sprinkler in the middle of the piece that contributes to the formation of the character. Its general lines and border lines are distributed around its perimeter, and the buildings are as follows: -1 Existing villa building with a main gate. -2 Warehouse and existing housing for workers. -3 barns and agricultural beds. -4 palm farm. 5- His new small farm.
