Finally at the age of 61, Dr Leong has obtained a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from University of Western Australia. Dr Leong was a Member of Parliament for 22 years. He is currently Singapore’s Non-Resident High Commissioner to Cyprus and a member of the Securities Industry Council (SIC) of MAS. Indeed Dr Leong’s life mirrors that of a quotation from an unknown source: “Never stop learning, because life never stops teaching”.
