Set your sights on Cincinnati, Ohio, in the summer of 2022. Get ready for the 39th Quadrennial General Conference of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church to be hosted by the Second Episcopal District in the city that is the gateway to the south---beautiful Cincinnati, Ohio---a city with a northern flair but with a southern charm. Cincinnati is known as the Queen City. Hosted by the 62nd Bishop of the CME Church, Bishop Marvin Frank Thomas Sr., this will be the first General Conference to be held in the State of Ohio, Second Episcopal District, in the history of the CME Church. We are anxious to let everyone know, see and experience why in the Second Episcopal District “every second counts.”

Start making your plans now to visit Cincinnati, Ohio, where there is a lot to do. There will be many things to see that are points of interest. The city located on the North side of the confluence of the Licking and Ohio Rivers. With a population of 298,550, Cincinnati is the third largest city in Ohio and the 65th largest city in United States. The city is the economic and cultural hub of the Cincinnati Metropolitan area, the fastest growing economic power in the Midwestern United States based on increase of economic output. Cincinnati is also the home of historic architecture with many structures in the urban core.
