Soccer Camp
Oregon High School Soccer Camp is back! Varsity coaches Seger Larson, Tiffany Rufer and the Oregon Hawks team will run this fun, interactive, and informative camp at Park West! The coaches and players will teach the fundamentals of the game, various age appropriate strategies, as well as team work. Each participant will also receive a camp shirt, please bring your own practice ball. A limited number of balls will be available to borrow.

Oregon High School Football and Boys
Basketball teams will be hosting a Co-Ed Athlete Camp for athletes entering 1st5th grade this fall. The camp will consist of training and movements needed to become a better athlete. Focus will be on speed, agility, plyometrics, and strength through an assortment of different activities and games. All athletes will receive a Athlete Camp T-Shirt. Proceeds will support the OHS Football and Boys basketball programs. *There will be no camp the week of July 4th.

Have you tried our new soccer Mini Pitch court? Swing by on Wednesday afternoons from 1-3 pm at Park West for some fun, free Mini Pitch soccer games, led by OPD staff. A Futsal ball will be provided, and teams/games will be formed from players that arrive every week. These are fast paced games that will challenge all ages and skill levels of players. *No games on 7/5. No soccer cleats on Mini Pitch Court.
OHS Pre-Season Soccer Clinic
Location: Park West Soccer Fields
Join OHS Soccer coaching staff and players for a skillsbased soccer clinic to get you ready for fall soccer games. Coach Larson and Coach Rufer will lead these instructional clinics that will give you hands on practice to perfect your skills this season. The OHS soccer team will also help players with their skill development. All proceeds benefit the OHS Soccer program. Meet at the soccer fields at Park West.
6th Grade Competitive Volleyball

The 6th Grade volleyball program focuses on skill development and is an introduction to volleyball. The program will help prepare participants for the Jr. High level of competition. Practice dates and times will vary depending on the preference of the head coach. Home games are played at Nash and travel to away games is provided by OCUSD buses. Tryouts may be required if the max number of participants is reached. A volunteer coach is needed for this team. Please contact Lesley at lesley@ oregonpark.org if interested.
Pickleball Open Gym for Ages

18+
Come and play America's fastest growing sport! Pickleball is often described as a mixture of ping-pong, tennis, and badminton, all played on a mini tennis court with an oversized paddle and a ball similar to a wiffle ball. This game is fast, fun, addictive, and can be played by people of all ages and athletic abilities! To learn more about pickleball you can visit the USA Pickleball Association at: usapa.org.

OHS Volleyball Camp

Join Oregon Hawks Volleyball Coach Farrell Cain, her coaching staff and the OHS Lady Hawks for a week of basic techniques, skill building and intra-team scrimmages. This week-long camp will either introduce your child to the sport of volleyball or build on their skills. Each player will receive an OHS Lady Hawks team shirt. Players will be divided by age levels. Younger players will learn the basics of volleyball at their level with an age-appropriate net. 100% of the proceeds from camp benefit the OHS Volleyball Team. Please register your child for the grade they are entering in Fall 2023.

Co-Ed Sand Volleyball

This Co-Ed Sand Volleyball League will be played at our sand volleyball courts at Park West. There will be regular season followed by an end of year tournament. Teams may have up to 6 players on the court at a time, but may never exceed 3 males on the court. Players must be 18+ and graduated from High School. Gather your friends and come on out for some summer fun on Thursday nights!
Adult Mini Pitch Soccer League
Age: 18+ • Date: Wed 5/31-7/26 • Time: 6:00-10:00 pm • Fee: $250/team

Join us for a adult small sided soccer league on our new Mini Pitch court at Park West. Games will be a 4 v 4 format, with 1 goalie and 3 field players. Each week teams will play 3 officiated matches in their 1 hour time slot. Each match will feature two 6 minute halves with a 4 minute half time break. Team rosters may have up to 6 people. A tournament will be played the last week of the season. Players must be at least 18 and have graduated High School.
Co-Ed Softball League

Recreational softball is back at Park West! This league is designed for men and women to enjoy slow-pitch softball through friendly competition. Bats will be provided by the park district for each team to use. The league will consist of a regular season, and a postseason tournament to end the year.
