Rise and shine, get you day started with Aimee! This class covers cardio and light to medium weight training to help increase stamina, strength, and flexibility. This is an excellent way to cross train! Beginner, moderate, and advanced health enthusiasts are all welcome. Classes will be held at the Nash.

VIN YIN NIDRA (VYN) EXTENDED YOGA-AGES 16+
Experience three types of yoga in one class. Start with pranayama followed by 20 minutes of heat-producing yin, next a gentle vinyasa, and wrap up your journey with a peaceful yoga nidra resting meditation. This kind of stretch stimulates the deep, connective tissues of the body, affecting not only the physical body, but also energetic aspects of the self. The class ends with Yoga Nidra, or "Yogic Sleep", which is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, practiced in a supported supine position induced by a guided meditation. It is excellent class for students looking to advance deeper into their practice of relaxation and meditation. Class is suitable for all levels.

This energizing and upbeat class is a blend of vinyasa yoga and heat-producing dynamic dance movements. The movements align the mind, body, and breath in a positive format to bring forth feelings of confidence and joy. Class is suitable for moderate to experienced fitness levels.

AUTUMN EQUINOX YOGA-AGES 16+
On an equinox, the sun spends approximately the same amount of time above and below the horizon; rising due east, setting due west and appearing directly overhead at midday. The Earth, like our bodies, breathes with unyielding rhythm and there is no better time to observe this divine truth than during a change of seasons when the breathwave of our planet can be experienced through all the senses. This yearly cycle, mirrored in every breath we take, can help balance the mind, body, and spirit as we transition into a new season. All fitness levels. Bring a friend for $1. Restorative yoga is a slower-paced class that helps you achieve a deep state of relaxation with the use of props to completely support you. Suitable for those that are in need of deep relaxation and whole body restoration. All fitness levels.
