MRS. RHONDA PRATER
Rhonda Prater, known as ¨Profe¨to her students, has been teaching Spanish for over 30 years. Profe was thrilled by the opportunity to come to Orange Beach Middle High School our opening year and serve as the first Spanish Teacher She hails originally from Nashville, where she taught at the University School of Nashville Profe says that she loves the community and climate she and her family have found here in Baldwin County She thinks that Spanish is an important language to learn, and believes that it will provide benefits for her student´s futures. She has travelled to, and lived in several countries, including Venezuela, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, and Costa Rica, but she says that lower Alabama is where she wants to be. She lives here with her husband, Mike, mother, Joy Jean, and dog, Blue.
