Even in society, such people are greeted with the view that every message on a social network or website can also be a lie. According to an article published in our local press, these figures show that 70% of the information on the Internet, where more than 30,000 data are updated every minute, is unreliable. When analyzed by www.info.com in June 2015, the reliability of information in the network was 47% in the United States, 42% in Japan and 31% in China. What else can be said about the value of global internet journalism, which constitutes an info sphere of media space with a credibility of less than 50%. It's like seeing a shadow and saying it's a shadow. Keywords: MECHANISM INTERNET JOURNALIST, coordinator, deception. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our compatriots should weigh in the balance of their thinking that the Internet, which can transmit 130 pieces of information in 4 seconds at a speed of 600 MGB, does not have such a reliable power. It is self-evident that in a place where there is no trust, lies, deception, deception, hypocrisy and suspicion, the Internet builds fakes in the language of journalism. This is a pair of scissors that degrades the landscape of humanity and cuts the spiritual path. It is at this stage that there is a need for above-average legal literacy. “We need to understand that only people with general and special knowledge, conscious, thinking, free from various" isms ", a modern worldview, inherited national and universal values will be able to build and improve civil society. All international life, human development has entered such a stage that now it is not military power, but intellectual potential, intelligence, thought, advanced technology that is crucial. In the future, this principle will become even stronger and will cover all aspects of social life. Therefore, in the international arena, we will have to enter into a healthy competition of ideas with other countries. Our future depends on how well we can withstand this race and competition. I think that the potential and intelligence of our nation is enough for this. " In today's world, where the process of globalization is deepening and the desire to occupy the human mind by various forces is growing, every society aims to build a strong civil society. If the Internet, especially social networks, exaggerates the processes in the space where you live, it is a tragedy if you do not indulge. The only way to protect society from the effects of negative information is conscious analysis. In this case, to carry out independent public control, indicating the position of citizenship. The Internet has a special place in the establishment of mass communication. Perhaps it is better to call humanity to information literacy and encourage them to constantly update their knowledge of information technology. G. Ahmadbek qizi, based on her observational research on the role of the information process in the development of civil society, said: It is becoming commonplace to understand information as a resource that determines the strategic direction of society, the level of ISSN 2792-4009 (online), Published under Volume: 2 Issue: 5 in May-2022 Copyright (c) 2022 Author (s). Journal of Marketing and Emerging Economics | e-ISSN: 2792-4009 | www.openaccessjournals.eu | Volume: 2 Issue: 5 development of the country. The growing role of knowledge in social development is leading to the emergence of a new model - a knowledge society based on the widespread introduction of information and communication technologies. Man and his interests have become a top priority. This stimulates the activation of social institutions, the strengthening of the interaction of free individuals with private interests and aspirations with the existing system, new, creative processes that define the image and system of modern civil society. A new knowledge society is a corridor leading to that civil society. In this corridor, the human mind is confronted with an incredible source of information. Among them are ugly and false information that misleads, serves spiritual threats, and misleads people (especially teenagers and young adults). It is on top of that information that this is a lie, and it is not explained as true, which paves the way for him to fall into its trap. We all live in the information age, where we face information attacks directly or indirectly. Such information struggles, which today are recognized as invisible dangers, cannot be avoided or hidden. It is better for everyone to form in themselves a sense of objective observation of information, to awaken spiritual immunity. Returning to the above article, “... the formation of civil society is recognized by the world community as one of the main conditions for a democratic state. The democratization of the political system of society, its social institutions has occurred due to the technical growth and development of the field of information services. The information age has created the necessary conditions for democratic change in the world. It is safe to say that information has begun to rule the world. Today it is known to all. Therefore, global informatization underlies the full formation of civil society. It should be borne in mind that the level of information of any society determines its status, the extent to which democratic principles are put into practice. In this regard, UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative in Uzbekistan Stefan Priesner said: “The role of civil society in supporting sustainable human development is significant in identifying and contributing to positive social change through the promotion and equity of public services. That is why an active civil society plays an important role in ensuring sustainable human development. Therefore, the creation of favorable conditions for the activities of civil society is an important aspect of governance in any country in the world. It's time to embrace the phenomenon of citizenship. " This in itself is a sign of a society where freedom of information and speech, openness is guaranteed. Increased information in society should not lead to a delay in the use of internet journalism as a risk. After all, that risk will one day come to an end. It‟s like a person who doesn‟t know how to swim going around a river. But not knowing how to swim is not a crime, it is a crime not to learn it. “Civil society is self-government. That is the first and foremost principle. " The role of Internet journalism in the development of civil society is invaluable. No virtual world can separate us from the real world if we approach it with order and high spirituality, if we do not forget the rules and norms, if we evaluate the information in it without deviating from moral norms, and most importantly, if we control our will. In a word, the time has come to take it all for granted. “Because of the highly developed information infrastructure in the developed world, virtual communication and information retrieval are common in many cases. It is in the virtual phase of social governance that public opinion is formed, values and peculiarities of the modern era are acquired. In civil society, social governance is based on the principles of openness and equality, absorbing the results of public debate. As a result, the universal pluralistic nature of public life is ISSN 2792-4009 (online), Published under Volume: 2 Issue: 5 in May-2022 Copyright (c) 2022 Author (s). In this case, the implementation of the concept of "information society" serves as a determining factor in the development of the formal sphere of society. An informed society transforms individuals in the system of social relations, turning them into active, creative individuals. Without it, there can be no civil society. ” "According to M. Kyrgyzbaev, who has conducted research in this area," civil society is:  First, it is a human unit, consisting of primary non-governmental systems, voluntarily formed in the economic, social and spiritual spheres of society;  Second, it is a complex of economic, social, family, national, spiritual, moral, religious, industrial, personal and non-governmental relations in society; "Third, free individuals, voluntary organizations, and citizens are a society protected by law from pressure, interference, or stereotyping by various bodies, in which they have a permanent opportunity to express themselves." This means that we still need to accelerate our steps towards the dream of a free society that our society must achieve. We think it would be appropriate to conclude our discussions with such conclusions. LITERATURE: 1. Karimov I.A.
