MUDEY is the first digital insurance mediation platform in Portugal — a Portuguese insurtech, and was founded by Ana Teixeira and Sónia Teixeira in July 2020, as a result of their professional experiences and the belief that there was a lot to be done to simplify the distribution of insurance in Portugal.

It is an intelligent insurance purchase and management platform that allows you to simulate, compare, buy and manage different types of insurance from different insurers, with complete autonomy and transparency. It currently offers 20 different types of insurance with 100% online purchase, and the objective is to continue to expand the product portfolio.

Each user currently has at their disposal, through their MUDEY Wallet, 4 completely free services. With almost two years of activity, MUDEY already has 10,000 users in Portugal, aiming to reach 20,000 by the end of 2023. They also have the ambition of internationalization, namely to Brazil.
