22 Feb 2023 the Department of Social Development temporarily placed the children in our custody untill their father would come to discuss further steps.
23 Feb 2023 the aunt who threatened to kill the children proceeded to kill another family member and and was arrested.
28 Feb 2023 the father signed off custody
The children now live in a safe family environment where our team continually checks up on them and sees to it that their needs are met.
