Online Concrete Cutting Services is an Australian owned and operated business. Formed back in November 2005, we have achieved significant growth and formed key relationships during our history. Online Concrete Cutting Services initially began operations providing general concrete cutting services to local small business. We now cover the greater Sydney area as well as most of the state of New South Wales. Chances are we have operators in your area right now. Seeking more challenging and diverse projects we were successful in obtaining significant work on the North West Transit Way. The relationship that we developed with Leighton Contractors on this project lead to Online Concrete Cutting Services successfully tendering for the Northern Hume Alliance (NHA) project. Online Concrete Cutting Services has grown to the point of employing over 10 staff during the most recent financial year.
CONFINED SPACES - BAFFLE WALL REMOVAL Working within a four metre diameter shaft, fourteen metres below ground, we removed over 4.8 cubic metres of concrete wall via a 700 by 700 millimetre wide opening as part of a major upgrade performed at the North Richmond Sewerage Treatment Plant. This project had to be completed with the use of the first Tyrolit Hydro-Stress high frequency Wall Saw unit sold in Australia in order to negate the power loss associated with the forced separation between the working equipment and the hydraulic power pack which had to remain outside the shaft due to the confined space.

RESTRICTED ACCESS - PIPE REDUCTION Working with limited space, we removed a section of 2.5 metre diameter pipe, cut at an angle to correct pipe alignment. While the task itself was straight forward, the space available to complete the task added a degree of difficulty.

With a time allowance of 2 hours we were required to remove a five metre section of pipe, roughly two metres wide. Using two Wire Saws in order to cut both ends of the pipe at the same time, we completed the pipe removal in 1 hour 40 minutes.
