Park Guidelines for a Safe and
NOTICE: This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods, or for personal injury to you or your guests. Disorderly conduct, drunkenness and obscene or profane language will not be tolerated as we are a family-friendly park.
ARRIVAL: Upon arrival, if it is after dark or during quiet hours (11 pm to 8 am) please be considerate to others. All children under 18 must be in their sites by 11 pm. No radios, loud music or cornhole games after 11 pm. Please observe all Park rules and guidelines. Please be courteous to your neighbor.
SMOKING is not permitted in any of our buildings, or in the fenced-in pool area.
SPEED LIMIT: 10 MPH throughout the entire park. This includes all vehicles, golf carts, scooters, bikes, etc.
PETS: All pets must be walked with a leash attached, and you are required to have pick up bags. Do not tie your pets to the our trees. Keep pets as quiet as possible. NO continuous barking will be permitted. Pets are not allowed in the restrooms, except during severe weather.
POOL: Is for registered guests only. Wristbands required to enter pool area. Swim at your own risk. Proper swimsuit attire is required by the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Age 17 and under MUST be in attendance with an adult at all times. ONLY plastic containers are allowed in the pool area. NO glass or pets allowed. No food or alcohol allowed.
Pool Slide is only open when lifeguard in on duty, please follow these slide rules. One person at a time. Do not walk on, walk back up, or stop at the bottom and back the water up on the slide. Weight limit is 250 lbs.
CAMPING: One family and one unit per site for a maximum of 4 persons per site. Additional fees will apply for extra people. Persons under 18 are not allowed to camp without a person of legal age on the site at all times.
GUESTS: Each campsite tenant is responsible for their guests. All guests must register at the office to recieve car tag, and are expected to follow all park rules. Guests must exit the park by 11 pm.

GAS AND BATTERY powered vehicles: Persons 16 and under MUST have a licensed adult with them at all times. NO ATVs or the like allowed at any time in the park. Only licensed drivers may operate any vehicle after dark.
WATER PRESSURE REGULATORS: We have 72 pounds of pressure. Word of caution…Use one.
RESTROOMS AND LAUNDRY: Are open 24 hours. Each bathroom is co-ed and is private with locking doors. Please leave them clean and remember to take all your personal items with you.
SEVERE WEATHER: The bathhouses are our safe houses.
GREY AND BLACK WATER: Each site has a sewer. Anyone dumping on the ground will be asked to leave the park without a refund.
FIRES: Most sites have fire rings. Please do not move or leave garbage in them. DO NOT leave the fire unattended. Keep it at a manageable height for safety. Fire rings are not available at most Pull-Through sites.
PICNIC TABLES: Are at all sites and sometimes need maintenance. Let us know of those needing repairs.
TREES: Those that we have are growing and are not to be used as pet stakes, lantern holders or clotheslines.
LAKE: Sure, you can swim, at your own risk. Any NON-motorized boat is allowed that is owned by you, but you will assume all responsibility for the use of life jackets. Remember, fishing is allowed to so beware of hooks and lines, also your responsibility. Please clean up all fishing-related items.`
GARBAGE: Is to be placed in provided dumpster. There will be a $25.00 charge for garbage left outside, including in the fire ring. Please do NOT leave it outside your RV.
DO NOT change sites without prior approval.
NO LOADED FIREARMS are allowed on the property.
NO FIREWORKS at any time.
NO WASHING of vehicles or RV units.
CHILDREN: all children must be accompanied by an adult at the playground, bounce houses, and pool area.
