RESORT GUIDELINES
• Report your site number to the Ranger Station.
• Quiet Time: 11 PM to 7 AM.
• Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at least 18 years old while at swimming pools, participating in activities, or visiting any of the lounge areas.
• Motorcycles and Mopeds are allowed for entry and exit of the park only.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times (10 feet maximum length). Please pick up after your pet!
• Registered Guests: You are responsible for the actions of your guests.
• Campsites: Please keep your site neat and orderly.
• Rental Units: Check-In Time is 4 PM; Check-Out Time is 11 AM.
• Golf Carts: Keep golf carts under 5 MPH
• Questions or Problems? Alert any staff member regarding anything that needs our attention, or call (951) 679-4750.
• No clotheslines or hammocks are allowed between trees.
• Place all garbage in the green trash bins.
• Please clean BBQs as you leave.
• RV Check-Out is 12 PM.
• No wood-burning fires.
• Fishing Permits are available at the Country Store.
• Ranger Station: 9 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week
• North Lodge: 9 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week
• South Lodge: 9 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week
• Gym: 9 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week
• Pools: 9 AM to 9 PM 7 days a week
• Operations Office: 9 AM to 5 PM Mon- Sat

Leashed pets are always welcome on the campground. They are permitted on RV sites but may not be allowed in specific accommodation types. Please clean up after pets and do not leave them unattended on site. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Thousand Trails does comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.
