GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY

SPEED LIMITS 5 MPH: For your safety and other campers, pets and wildlife. This includes bicycles, skateboards and scooters. Non-street legal vehicles are not allowed to be driven on property (ATVs, etc.).

CHECK-IN: Rental Units: 4 pm. Campsites: 12 Noon.

CHECK-OUT: Rental Units: 11 am. Campsites: 12 Noon.

QUIET HOURS: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

GUESTS: Guests must be pre-registered on your guest list before they arrive at the Campground. Day use hours are the same as Ranger Station hours. Guests passes are $10 per vehicle. The registered camper is responsible for their guests. Guest fees are due for any non-member guest entering the resort. A daily fee must be paid and mirror hanger issued. Maximum 6 guests per site.

CAMPSITES: First come, first serve. Campsite saving is prohibited. Limit 1 RV and 2 tents OR 3 tents only per site. Maximum of 2 noncamping vehicles per site includes utility trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, boats, etc. Campsites unattended overnight are subject to a nightly fee. All personal items and vehicles must fit within campsite pad area. Registration cards must be posted in your RV, on the electrical pedestal campsite post clip or in tent window. Mirror hanger must be displayed at all times in cars/trucks. Please keep your campsite as clean and litter-free as possible during your stay.

VEHICLE WASHING: Washing vehicles is not permitted.

CAMPFIRES: Permitted in designated fire pits only and must be monitored and extinguished when not attended. Do not burn trash or cigarette butts in fire pits. Remove debris from fire pit. Wood and ice are available at the Ranger Station. For safety reasons, do not relocate fire pits.

CHILDREN: Under age of 18 must be under direct supervision of parent or sponsoring adult during quiet time (11 pm - 8 am) and they must remain in their own campsite.

PETS: Pets must be on a maximum 10’ leash and tethered at all times. Clean up after your pet. Pets should not be left unattended in

campsites, vehicles or camping rigs. Loud or vicious pets are not allowed. Pets are prohibited inside any buildings, including restrooms.

LAUNDRY: Open 24 hours, code required, see Ranger station for code. Accepts credit cards only.

CLOTHESLINES, CABLES & ATTACHING

CORDS: Do not tie any items to trees, bushes or campground equipment.

SMOKING: Not permitted in any Campground building or within 10 feet of any window or door of any building.

ALCOHOL: The open consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in common areas. At your campsite, alcoholic beverages must be kept in concealed containers.

POOL AND SPA: Pool open daily 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, winter hours; and 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, summer hours. 15-minutes time limit on spa soaks (Lincoln County rules). For health reasons, no children under the age of 5 are allowed in the spa.

CLUBHOUSES: The South and North clubhouses are open daily 9 am to 6 pm winter hours; 9 am to 10 pm in summer. The clubhouses have pool tables, family games and television.

MAIL: We DO NOT accept mail or packages unless they are Medications or RV Parts.

SAFETY: DO NOT give the gate code out to anyone. Guests and vendors will be given the gate code upon registration.

TARPS: Tarps are not permitted.

WEAPONS: Rifles, pistols, air guns, bow and arrows, slingshots, handguns, knives, machetes or any other form of deadly weapon may NOT be carried anywhere on the Campground. All firearms must remain unloaded and inside your vehicle while on the Campground.

TSUNAMI: The tsunami evacuation route is east on 123rd Road.

NO SOLICITATION: No solicitation or selling of goods and/or services from campsites or elsewhere on the Campground, except at periodic authorized opportunities.

VIOLATIONS: Violations of any of these rules will cause campers to lose camping privileges. Campers are responsible for damages.

HELPFUL INFORMATION

MINI GOLF: Located on the north side of the park at the bottom of the hill near North Clubhouse.

FITNESS CENTER: Located on the lower level of the North Clubhouse. Please obtain door code from Ranger. Adult 18 years and over must be present with children.

TELEVISION: If you can get UHF television (antenna) it will be on channels 15 or 66 (FOX)29 or 80 (NBC)-38 or 89 (CBS) & 42 or 93 (ABC).

SPORTS & RECREATION EQUIPMENT: Available and may be picked up from the

Recreation Equipment box located at the Ranger Station.

RESERVATION PHONE: Found inside the South Clubhouse.

WIRELESS INTERNET: Available inside both the North and South Clubhouse and is limited in some areas of the campground.
