The owners of the Quail Springs RV Park and their staff extend a Texas-size Welcome to the RV travelers who visit this facility. This recreational facility was built to provide the RV traveler quality living conditions while traveling the friendly highways of Texas. Our primary purpose for building a first-class RV Park was to reach out to America’s finest . . . the ever growing RV Family.
Policies of the RV Park
How many vehicles may we have on our parking site?
No more than one towing vehicle or one pickup/car allowed on each site. Extra vehicles must be approved and additional fees paid. No cargo, storage, or utility trailers are allowed in the park. May we park on the grass? No parking is allowed on the grass, the roads, or on empty sites. Also, do not drive through our empty parking sites. Are Rugs or Mats allowed on the grass? Rugs or mats are not allowed on any grassy area. May we ride our bicycles through the Park? By all means, feel welcome to ride your bikes. Motorbikes may be used to and from sites only. May we have visitors? Yes, you are allowed visitors. We ask that you notify the office so that your visitor can obtain a Visitor Car Tag. Where do we dispose of our trash? Please place all of your trash in a plastic bag and deposit it in the Dumpsters located directly behind the post office. Are clotheslines permitted? Due to the danger of someone walking or running into a clothesline, they are not allowed. Also, they are unsightly and do nothing to enhance the Park. Is there a shirt requirement? Shirts are required at all times in the park. May we repair our vehicles in the Park? Repairing vehicles in the Park is allowed only in the event of an emergency and with the permission of the Park manager.
Page 2
What time do the restrooms close? The restrooms do not close. Please visit the office to obtain the after-hours code. Are we allowed to wash our RVs in the Park? Washing your RV vehicle is allowed only for long term residents after permission has been granted from the Park manager. Washing tow vehicles/cars is not allowed. Are open campfires allowed? No. Local ordinances prohibit them. However, charcoal grills and LP grills are permitted. Do you have restrictions on sewer hookups? Yes, sewer gaskets/elbows are required. May we drain our gray water on the ground? The answer is no. Our sewer lines are hooked directly into the city sewer system and are designed to handle all/any liquids drained from your RV vehicle. A Dump Station is provided by the RV Park. Do you have any restrictions on smoking? Smoking is not allowed in any building on the RV Park premises. We request that you please put your cigarette butts in the nearest receptacle. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground. What is the speed limit throughout the Park? Our speed limit is 10 mph. Not only do we request that you honor this speed limit but help us enforce it by reminding fellow RVers to observe it as well. How many people are covered by our rates? Our rates are for 2 people per site. There will be an extra charge for each additional person. What about our mail? Mail for residents will be accepted by the office. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not conform to RV Park rules. We assume no responsibility for loss due to fire, theft, or accidents to persons or private property.
