WELCOME TO PAIR-A-DICE

Located in a high desert valley, nestled under often snow covered Mt. Charleston, Pair-A-Dice is an oasis with abundant water and sunshine, situated between the extravagant excitement of Las Vegas and the picturesque isolation of Death Valley. With the dream and perseverance of a silver prospector, volunteers carved 182 sites for our RV Park out of the desert. Maintaining the independent spirit of the Old West with friendly caring and sharing with others, volunteerism keeps our maintenance fees low and our facilities in pristine condition.

INFORMATION ON PAIR-A-DICE We are a nonprofit RV Park owned by its members, all of whom must be members of Escapees, Inc. Membership in the CO-OP entitles the member to the use of a specific site. The sites are approximately 45x80 plus common area. Each site includes a pedestal with 20, 30 and 50 AMP service, sewer and water hookups. There is a 10x14 storage shed provided with a small patio area. No more than two people are on a membership. Children or guests may visit under adult supervision for up to 30 days per year. The membership buy-in cost is periodically revised. For more information call the office at 775-727-7221. The monthly maintenance cost covers park operations, water, refuse collection, as well as a reserve fund for major infrastructure issues. The maintenance fee may change yearly. Electricity is metered to each site and billed by the office. Several local casinos provide the opportunity to test your wagering skills and offer inexpensive buffet and other restaurant options. Available shopping includes Walmart and Home Depot. Cultural amenities include two local wineries and a historical museum. Information about Death Valley, BLM land, date farms and any off-road experiences can be obtained at the office. Pahrump has a local post office, RV servicing, hospital, medical clinics and ambulance service.

FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES The centrally located clubhouse is the center of our activities with daily coffee hours in the morning and happy hours in the afternoon. There are laundry facilities and a full kitchen providing the opportunity for social gatherings for meals, ice cream socials and other entertainment. There are rooms set aside for crafts, card playing and billiards. There is also a large screen TV, extensive library and a well stocked video collection. At our Quail Run complex there is a large covered patio area for large and small group barbecues and other open air activities.

GUIDELINES FOR YOUR SAFETY AND PLEASURE The 5 miles per hour speed limit is strictly enforced. Pets must be under control, on a leash and may never be left unattended outside of RV. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. Sewers require a threaded connection and must be elevated off the ground.
