Site Requests We can’t guarantee specific sites, but we give preference based on length of stay and the date a reservation is placed. 7. Smoking, E-Cigarettes & Vaping All common areas in our resorts are smoke-free. No exceptions. Smoking allowed only in private owned units. 8. Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 7 am (Which includes not only noise but lighting as well). Respect for your neighboring campers is expected at all times. 9. Speed Limit Please keep speed to 5 mph within the campground. 10. Vehicle Washing Washing and repairing RVs or vehicles are not allowed. Any violations of shoreline safety regulation will be reported to the authorities and may result in fines at your expense. Violators may be asked to leave. 11. Trash Garbage and trash containers are readily available throughout the resort. Please use the nearest one to you. Place all trash inside the containers, and do not burn it in the fire pits. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not dispose of them in the fire ring, on the grounds or in the grills. 12. Swimming Swim at your own risk – we have no lifeguards on duty. All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult when using our swimming facilities. Pets not allowed in beach/swim area. 13. Visitors Visitors are welcome, but they must register and pay the guest fee at the office. 14. Pets Dogs and cats are welcome – Any incident resulting in a bite will lead to immediate ejection from the premise. Must be on a handheld leash 6ft or less and be supervised at all times. Pets are not allowed in any building or Pool area, including rentals. Pets may swim in designated areas. 15. Outside Clotheslines are not permitted. 16. Activities All activities are subject to change without notice. Please check at the office for the current schedule. 17. Shuttle Bus Service Check with our office for the schedule. Campers are responsible for knowing departure times and locations. No special trips will be made to pick up anyone missing the bus.
18. Trees Our trees are precious. Please do not climb, cut or damage any trees. 19. Restrooms/Porta Potties should not be used for washing dishes or clothes. Children should be supervised when using the restroom. We strive to maintain clean and usable bathrooms. Please help us by NOT disposing of foreign items not meant to be flushed (i.e. diapers, underwear, and dog bags.) 20. Laundry Facilities are limited; water is supplied by a private well and we are not responsible for items damaged in any way, including discoloring. 21. Open Fires are prohibited except in specially built fire pits. Please no glass, cans or garbage in fire pits. Barbecues in approved charcoal containers or hibachis are permitted on the ground only. The local Fire Marshal may determine that conditions are too dry for open fires. Removal of the fire rings from other sites is prohibited. 22. Firearms & Fireworks (Any items deemed as a weapon) are prohibited. Possession or use will result in immediate ejection from park. 23. Motorcycles and Mopeds are permitted to enter and leave the campground only. During quiet hours these must be walked to sites. Check with office for details. 24. Waterfront Safety Please access the water from the designated canoe/kayak launch point marked on the map – NOT from any waterfront site. 25. Dumping Station is to be used for all Gray, Black & Portable Tanks. Strict environmental regulations do not permit the dumping of gray or black water other than at the dump station or sites with sewer hookups. Disposing of gray/black water in any other way is cause for immediate eviction without refund. 26. Parents/Guardians will be financially responsible for damages caused by an unsupervised child. 27. Flags and Signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the campground/resort. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be held responsible for injuries, or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. The management reserves the right to evict from the park without refund anyone not following the policies, or who engages in perceived acts of violence. Reminder: Our staff will only reset breakers once before requesting service from an outside Electrical Vendor. This may cause a longer service time. Please be mindful of how many appliances you are operating at once. Thank you.
For Emergencies with your site, a list is posted on all buildings with the location of onsite staff. Phone numbers provided are for offsite staff only. If you have any questions, please stop in at the campground office/store during business hours. Thanks. Enjoy your stay!
