Mont Belvieu RV Resort Rules
1 CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 9:00 am ALL RENT IS DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE; NO REFUNDS
2 . PARKING: Parking is allowed in designated areas only! Do not block driveways Do not park on the grass, in the fire lanes, or in any area other than your assigned parking space . Do not park in unoccupied spaces.
3 SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH. This speed limit is strictly enforced . Drive safely, and watch for pedestrians and children .
4 QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Noise must be kept at a minimum during this time . This includes radios, stereos and TVs . Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property .
5 . TRASH: Please keep your space clean . Deposit trash in the conveniently located dumpsters Do not litter
6 . RESERVATIONS: Please confirm space availability if you wish to stay extra days .
7. MAIL: Incoming mail is received daily .
8 CABLE TV is available at all sites
9 . DO NOT move picnic tables or benches!
10 WASHING RVS is allowed on Mont Belvieu property, Please contact office before washing .
VENDING: Ice and soft drink machines are available at the Rec building . Washers and dryers are provided in the laundry room .
VALUABLES: Keep valuables out of sight and keep doors
LAUNDRY: Open 24 hours a day
14 . SUBLETTING/RENTING: Subletting or renting of an RV is prohibited .
15 . GATE CODE: To ensure guests’ safety, please do not give out the gate code to food or delivery drivers . Please meet them at the gate . 15 . POLICY CHANGES: Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modification may be necessary . Management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules and regulations at any time, without prior notice .
Pool Rules & Policies
These rules and policies apply to the entire pool area, which includes the pool, pool deck, spa and immediate surroundings enclosed within the pool fence.
• The pool is open 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Adults only between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm (18 years of age or older). No one is permitted within the pool area at any other time
• Diving in the pool is not permitted
• No smoking
• No animals are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck .
• Pool yard gates may not be propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily
• No food or drinks are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck . NO GLASS CONTAINERS are allowed in the pool area
• No running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct or noise which disturbs the guests is allowed in the pool area
• The bathing load is 50 persons . Do not enter the pool if this maximum load is already met
• The pool may be used only by Mont Belvieu RV Resort guests and their visitors Visitors must be accompanied by a Mont Belvieu RV Resort guest .
• THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. PERSONS USING THE POOL FACILITIES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENT OR INJURY. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST NOT USE THE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.
• Parents, guardians or custodians of a person under the age of 16 years are totally responsible for compliance with these policies by those persons who are within the pool area These policies apply to Mont Belvieu RV Resort guests and their visitors
• Violating these policies will entitle the owner to terminate the Mont Belvieu RV Resort guest’s right of occupancy . The management reserves the right to restrict the use of pool facilities
Lake Rules & Policies
1 WARNING! THE LAKE IS DEEP ENOUGH THAT A PERSON CAN DROWN. NO LIFEGUARD OR SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED.
2 . No boats or floating devices are allowed in the lake .
3 No swimming or wading is allowed in the lake
4 Children under the age of 16 are not allowed within 20 feet of the lake bank without parent, guardian or adult supervision .
5 Only CATCH & RELEASE fishing is permitted
Pet Rules
PETS: Pets must be kept on a leash. Pets are not allowed in buildings. Pets are not to be left unattended outside at any time. You are required to clean up and dispose of any mess caused by your pet.
$20 FEE for: Not picking up after your pet(s). Not picking up your cigarette butts!
