1. Checkout Time: 11:00 am. If you plan on staying past your paid-through date, please make arrangements by confirming space availability at the Office prior to 11:00 am ALL RENT IS DUE AND PAYABLE IN ADVANCE; NO REFUNDS.

2. Speed Limit: 5 MPH… Strictly Enforced! Drive safely and watch for pedestrians, children, and furry family members!

3. Parking: In designated areas only. Each site accommodates parking for 2 vehicles. One vehicle vertical on your pad & one parked horizontal in front of your RV. Do not park on the grass or block other sites. NO PARKING IN EMPTY PADS. Guest/ Daily parking provided throughout the Resort. No non-working vehicles allowed on property.

4. Quiet Time: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Noise must be kept to a minimum during this time. This includes radios, stereos, and TVs. Please respect your neighbor’s privacy and property.

5. Grass: DO NOT drive or park on the grass! Keep EVERYTHING off the grassy areas. Do not place anything in the trees.

6. Trash: Dumpsters are located in the front of the Resort. Place in the trash dumpster, not on the ground. Do not leave trash cans/trash bags on your pad. Only discard CIGARETTE BUTTS in provided receptacles! There is a $20.00 fee for noncompliance! DO NOT LITTER!

POOL RULES & POLICIES LAKE HIGHWAY 6 RV RESORT RULES

7. Cleanliness: No outside storage sheds or appliances. Outside items must be stored under your RV. You are responsible for maintaining a clean pad during your stay and upon your departure. Avoid a “cluttered” environment. Management will make final determination of what is “clutter.”

8. Washing RVs is PROHIBITED unless done by a licensed professional. See office managers for details.

9. Picnic Tables/Benches: DO NOT remove from the pad or place on the grass.

10. NO CONSTRUCTION OR VEHICLE MECHANICAL WORK IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.

11. Do not feed wildlife.

12. Mail: Incoming mail is received daily. Mailboxes are available for long-term tenants.

13. Satellite TV: Available at all sites.

14. Vending: Ice and soft drink machines are available at the facilities building. Washers and dryers are provided in the laundry room.

15. Laundry: Open 24/7.

16. Propane: On Property for purchase. See office for details.

These rules and policies apply to the entire pool area, which includes the pool, pool deck, spa and immediate surroundings enclosed within the pool fence.

• The pool is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. No one is permitted within the pool area at any other time.

• Diving in the pool is not permitted.

• No animals are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck.

• Pool yard gates may not be propped open or otherwise rendered inoperable, even temporarily.

• No food, drinks or smoking are allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.

• No running, horseplay, fighting, dangerous conduct or noise which disturbs the tenants is allowed in the pool area.

• The bathing load is 82 persons. Do not enter the pool if this maximum load is all ready met.

• The pool may be used only by Highway 6 RV Resort guests and their visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by a Highway 6 RV Resort guest.

• THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. PERSONS USING THE POOL FACILITIES DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENT OR INJURY. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 MUST NOT USE THE POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION.

• All persons must shower before entering the pool.

• Management is not responsible for articles which are lost, damaged or stolen.

• Parents, guardians or custodians of persons under the age of 16 years are totally responsible for compliance with these policies by those persons who are within the pool area. These policies apply to HIghway 6 RV Resort guests and their visitors.

• Violating these policies will entitle the owner to terminate the Highway 6 RV Resort guest’s right of occupancy. The management reserves the right to restrict the use of pool facilities.
