review the following guidelines with GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S Please members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground. SAFETY & ENJOYMENT

No pets, no smoking or alcoholic beverages in public places 1. Please do not change your assigned site without office approval. Open spaces may be reserved or the occupants may be away temporarily. 2. One (1) RV and one (1) vehicle are allowed per site. Additional vehicles must be approved by the park office. No watercraft stored in park. No trailer of any type allowed at site. 3. Non-working vehicles and vehicle repairs are not allowed on the property. No washing of vehicles or RVs is allowed on the property. No clotheslines allowed at site. Registration tags must be displayed on all vehicles. 4. Occupants are responsible for the conduct of their family and guests. All visitors must register at the office and can only visit at your site. If visitors wish to visit other areas, fees are applicable. Violations of the rules by a guest may be grounds for occupants to be immediately removed from the property with no notice and no refund. 5. An adult must supervise children under 8 years of age at all times while in the playground, restrooms and lake area. An adult must supervise children under 18 years of age while in the pool area. 6. All guests must be registered at the office. Non-registered guests are subject to park use fees for staying overnight, swimming, etc. All fees are payable in the park office. 7. Handicap-assist animals are not considered pets, but all pet rules are applicable. Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash at all times. If you leave the park, pets must be inside recreational vehicle. Please pick up after your pets. 8. No freestanding propane tanks are allowed in the park. No freestanding appliances allowed outside the RV. No structures may be built on site. No pop-up canopies allowed. 9. Campfires must be contained in designated areas and supervised at all times. Trash, metal, glass, etc., shall not be placed in the fire. No cutting of trees, bushes or limbs allowed in the park. 10. Any illegal drug activity will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate removal from the property. Illegal drug activity will be immediately reported to the proper authorities. If law enforcement officers are needed at any site (this does not include authorities for medical reasons) campers will be removed from the property with no refund. 11. Alcoholic beverages are only allowed at your campsite. 12. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. 13. Restrooms and showers are closed from noon until 2:00 pm each day for cleaning. No washing of dishes or clothes is allowed in these areas.

14. A laundry is provided for your convenience and is open 24 hours. 15. The SPEED LIMIT in the park is 5 mph and is strictly enforced for children’s safety. 16. Bicycles and skateboards are not permitted in the playground, around public buildings, pool area, bridges, pathways and in front of the office. 17. Motorcycles and motor scooters are permitted as transportation in and out of the park only. 18. Pedal boats may be checked out at the front desk. Life jackets are furnished and are required. Other recreational equipment may be checked out at the front desk. 19. The park office telephones are for campground business only. Only emergency messages will be delivered to your site. 20. Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited on park property. 21. No lifeguards are provided at the pool. All persons use the pool at their own risk. No food or glass containers are permitted in the pool area. No Coolers or Adult Beverages are allowed in Pool Area (Georgia State Law). Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an Adult. 22. Smoking is not allowed in areas that are designated as “no smoking” areas. 23. Management shall have a right of entry onto an RV site for maintenance of utilities, landscaping and the protection of the park at any reasonable time. Except in the case of an emergency, such entry will not be in a manner or at a time which would interfere with occupant’s quiet enjoyment. Please report any mechanical failure or anything needing attention to the park office immediately. 24. Catch and release fishing does not require a license. CATCH • TAKE PICTURE • RELEASE 25. Guests, please leave bagged and tied trash at your site. 26. Rented tent sites must have a tent erected on them. 27. The flying of drones on KOA property is not allowed. 28. Campers may plug into the 30 amp OR 50 amp receptacle, but NOT both at once. This pedestal is not designed to accommodate both receptacles being used simultaneously and will result in damage to the electrical system of this campground and your equipment. You will be responsible for damages resulting from incorrect use of the pedestal. 29. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 am OF THE DATE INDICATED ON YOUR REGISTRATION RECEIPT. THE OFFICE IS OPEN FROM 6:30 am UNTIL 8:00 pm EACH DAY
