Guidelines
OCCUPANCY: Site rent is based on 2-person occupancy. Guests are always welcome. A daily fee of $3.00 will be charged for each overnight guest.
FACILITIES USAGE: All facilities (listed on page 3) are for the use of our residents and their guests only. One adult must accompany all visiting children under the age of 16 in these areas. NO PETS are allowed in or around any of the buildings. The park management reserves the right to close any facilities for cleaning and/or repair. There will be no verbal or physical altercations allowed. Shirts and shoes are required in the buildings. Owner/management reserves the right to restrict entry to any facility for inappropriate behavior or dress; an immediate removal from the park may result.
SWIMMING POOL: Texas law requires that everyone take a shower prior to entering the pool. Only swimwear is allowed in the pool.
NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY; SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO infants or toddlers in diapers permitted. NO swim diapers permitted.
SPA: No children under 12 years of age are allowed Please limit your time to 15 minutes. The spa is on an automatic timer. Please do not shut the spa off using the emergency shut off red button, unless there is indeed an emergency.
TOILET AND SHOWER FACILITIES: After using the facilities, we ask that you clean up; make sure the faucet and showers are off, and turn off the lights. Please let us know if you see any water leaks, etc.
RECREATION HALL: In case of severe weather, the recreation hall will remain open at all times.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES / EXERCISE EQUIPMENT:
The laundry room is open 24 hours a day and has high energy washers. No individual clotheslines are permitted at your site. Racks attached to RVs are allowed.
WI-FI: Updated and Free.
QUIET TIME: Daily quiet times within the park are from 9:00 pm until 8:00 am.
LOT RENTAL & WATER/SEWER/TRASH: All rents are payable at time of arrival. There will be a late fee of $50.00 after the 10th day of non-payment. Electrical due by the 5th of each month. Please report any water leaks to Management. RV and auto wash permits are available in the office for $5.00.
SECURITY GATE: A gate remote is available for $40.00 cash or check deposit, refunded at the time of departure. No one is to give our security gate code or remote to anyone not currently living in our park, without prior management approval.
VEHICLES & GOLF CARS: Speed limit is 10 miles per hour. No driving across empty sites. No one under the age of 16 may operate golf cars without an adult in the cart.
PETS: Domestic dogs under 60 pounds are welcome, with a maximum of two animals per unit. All pets should be on a leash. Pet owners must clean up after their pets, including outside of the main gate. Pets may be tied out with owner supervision. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated, and vicious breeds are not allowed.
