GUIDELINES FOR HAPPY CAMPING
• Quiet Hours: 11 pm to 8 am.
• Children: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children.
• Check-In: RVs and Tents 12 pm. Cabins and Deluxe Cabins 3 pm.
• General: Clotheslines are not permitted. Laundry, shower, and restroom facilities are located at the Main and North restroom buildings. Pleasure riding on motorcycles or four-wheelers is not allowed in the campground. Do not move/remove rocks. One tent per tent site allowed. 50 AMP rigs are required to use 50 AMP sites. Park in the space assigned to you. Vehicles must be parked on the RV pad, not in the yard. Vehicles parked in adjacent or unassigned spaces will be towed at owner’s expense or charged for the site. One camper unit, 2 vehicles per site. Tents are not allowed at RV sites unless the RV site was booked as a tent site and there is no RV on the site. 1 vehicle per cabin.
• Sites: Please keep your site clean and orderly at all times.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is 11 am for all sites. Late check-out is for RV and tent sites only (from 11 am to 3 pm); there is an additional charge if your site is available. After 3 pm, another day will be charged. NO late check-out in cabins. No late check-out in peak seasons.
• Dumpsters are located at the three locations on the map. • Vehicles: Please no washing/working on any vehicle anywhere in the campground. • Guests: Guests are welcome. Please be sure to register at the office upon arrival.
• Speed Limit: 10 MPH throughout the campground. Please drive carefully. Be courteous by not cutting through sites. Damage to utilities and/or property could occur, which could cause offender to have damage charges.
• Grey Water: Ground disposal of grey water is illegal in El Paso County. Please catch in receptacle and empty in our dump station. Sewer hoses must be connected with EZ Coupler or rubber ring.
Pool, Hot Tub & Splash Park Rules
Pets
Please observe the posted pool, hot tub and splash park rules:
You must clean up after your pet. Quiet pets on leash no longer than 6 feet are welcome. Pets are not to be left unattended or tied outside. No pets are allowed in store, pool/hot tub area, laundry/bathrooms, playgrounds or cafe/pavilion area. Failure to comply with any of the listed rules could result in removal of pets from the campground.
• Splash Park is open Memorial Day through Labor Day 9 am to 9 pm. • Pool Hours: 9 am to 9 pm in Summer; 9 am to 5 pm in Winter • Hot Tub Hours: 9 am to 9 pm in Summer; 9 am to 7 pm in Winter • Proper pool attire only — no cutoffs or T-shirts.
• NO GLASS containers. • No lifeguard on duty. Please DO NOT leave children unattended in pool. Children 17 and under MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT. No “horseplay,” jumping, diving or running. No climbing up slides. • ADULTS ONLY IN HOT TUB – NO exceptions. (NO ONE under 18.)
Management has the right to make, adjust or change these rules as it deems fit to operate the campground in the best interests of all concerned. These rules will be enforced, and management has the right to evict anyone without refund for not obeying these guidelines and other posted campground rules.
