GUIDE This is a place so beautiful that you won’t want to leave, and you’ll find so many nearby attractions and activities that you’ll want to make time for them all. From your cabin, RV or tent site, you will enjoy spectacular views of 12,965foot Mount Sopris and a half mile of frontage along the truly beautiful Crystal River, where you can stroll along the banks and watch for birds and cast a line for trout. You can access the paved walking/biking Crystal Valley Trail right at the campground entrance and follow it to the Rio Grande Trail that runs from Glenwood Springs to Aspen.

GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT • Check-in time is 12 noon for RVs & Tents and 3pm for Cabins. • Check out time is 11am for all sites. Please be courteous to the next guest and leave your site clean. Let us know if anything needs attention. (Prior arrangements need to be made for extended stays!) • Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am; Please be considerate of others around you. • ALL VISITING GUESTS MUST REGISTER AT OFFICE AND PAY USE FEES. • NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR BUILDINGS OR CABINS. • Sewer: State Law requires the use of only formaldehyde-free products in waste systems. • Each RV site is allowed ONE vehicle per site. NO TENTS ALLOWED ON RV SITES (exceptions: canopy or screen/shade tents). • Each tent site is allowed ONE tent & ONE vehicle per site with a maximum of 4-6 people. • Extra vehicle charge: $5/day charge will be assessed per extra vehicle as approved by management. • Our bathhouse is new, please respect it and help us keep it great by cleaning up after yourself! NO PETS allowed in bathrooms. • Our pool is available for registered guests only, and all guests must check in at the office before

Washing dishes in bathroom sinks is NOT allowed. • Fires only in designated fire rings, at a moderate size & must be completely out before bed. • Pets must be leashed at all times and never left unattended. They must be picked up after. Pets are NOT allowed in our buildings & only allowed in pet-friendly cabins. • Recycling bins are available near Laundry entrance. Please recycle glass, plastic and aluminum cans & DO NOT put these items in the trash dumpsters! • Garbage dumpsters are provided for normal trash only. DO NOT fill our dumpsters with your old junk! Never leave garbage outside of dumpster or our next guest might be a hungry bear! • Speed limit in the park is 5mph. Please remember we have a lot of kids and cyclists! • Wi-Fi is available for registered guests. NO streaming videos or gaming allowed. • Carbondale/Crystal River KOA Holiday is not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause, so be careful and we will too!

River fishing: Carbondale is close to many gold-medal water options. Our campground sits right on the Crystal River, offering easy access from our campsites. Just a short drive north from our campground, the Roaring Fork offers amazing fly-fishing opportunities and a boat ramp.

MOUNTAIN BIKING Carbondale boasts of biking adventures! Take in the numerous easy, paved trails for leisure bicycling and walking; many of these trails follow the rivers and creeks, spreading from our campground all the way to Aspen, Snowmass Village, Basalt, Carbondale, or Glenwood Springs.

HOT SPRINGS Carbondale is just 20 minutes away from the world’s largest hot springs pool. Glenwood Springs now offers a new addition to your hot springs choice–Iron Mountain Hot Springs or Glenwood Hot Springs!
