Le capsulatrici GR PACK sono macchine compatte per la produzione di capsule confezionate in atmosfera modificata con gas inerte. Le capsule sono chiuse a mezzo imbustatrice in buste singole o multiple per preservarne freschezza e aroma e inviate automaticamente in scatole di imballaggio. Il sistema è estremamente flessibile e permette la produzione di una vasta gamma di prodotti in capsula, dal caffè espresso a quello americano, nonché l’utilizzo di prodotti come il tè, tisane e solubili. Il riempimento delle capsule avviene con un dosatore a coclea servoassistita che garantisce velocità, alta precisione e massima pulizia. La capsula può essere sigillata con carta filtro, film, allumino, ecc. Nel caso di solubili il film può essere forato in macchina.
The capsules packaging GR PACK are compact machines for the production of capsules packaged in modified atmosphere with injection gas.
