DIVIDEND POLICY The Company has a policy to pay a dividend at a rate of not less than 40% of net earnings after income tax. However, the Company may pay less than the specified rate if the Company has to use the earnings to expand the operation, to invest, or to other objectives according to the approval of the Company’s Board of Directors and the re-approval in the shareholders’ meeting.
