The Shareholders and Management 2.3 Remuneration for Directors and Executives The remuneration of directors shall be in accordance with the principle and policy adopted by the Board. Consideration shall also be given to the responsibilities of the directors, and the operational and financial performance of the Company. The remuneration is reviewed by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and proposed to the Board of Directors for consideration and for further recommendation to the shareholders meeting for approval. Executive directors and executives of the Company received remuneration totaling Baht 30,970,126. There have been no reports on the changes of shares held by the company没s executives in 2005. The Company has established a provident fund for its employees. The Company and its employees each contribute 5% of the employee没s monthly salaries to the fund. In 2005, the portion that the company contributed to the fund for its executives amounted to Baht 492,000.
