O'Neil Blake Glenville State College Football After completing his high school education, O'Neil Blake was accepted into Glenville State College on a football scholarship. He spent two years at the school, during which time he red-shirted during his first year, in addition to being awarded the Scout Team Defensive Player of the Year award and becoming a member of the school’s Provost List. He made the decision to transfer to Lenoir-Rhyne University as he believed the college offered superior educational and football programs.


O'Neil Blake Leadership In Football And Beyond

During his collegiate football career, O'Neil Blake started to develop the leadership skills that he believes will serve him well as he begins his career, having graduated with his Masters of Business Administration from Lenoir-Rhyne University in May 2016. He enjoys reading leadership literature in his spare time, often absorbing the information that he reads before considering how he can apply it to his own life. He has a particular fondness for the work of John Maxwell.


O'Neil Blake High School Football While studying at Osceola High School in Kissimmee, Florida, O'Neil Blake lettered in three sports, including football, soccer and track and field. He made the first-team of the All-Orange Bell Conference football team during his senior year at the school, in addition to being awarded the Attacking Player of the Year in soccer during the same year. His skills led to him gaining a football scholarship with Glenville State College, where he studied for two years before transferring to Lenoir-Rhyne University.


O'Neil Blake Undergraduate Studies And Football O'Neil Blake completed his undergraduate studies at LenoirRhyne University, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors for his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, achieving a 3.6 Grade Point Average in the process. He also enjoyed a stunning high school football career, playing as a three-year starting cornerback for the Bears, in addition to being named an NCAA Division II All-American in 2014 by the Beyond Sports Network. He was also an All-Super Region II and Ronnie Lott Heavy Hitter Award pick in the same year.
