Crumplebury is a state of the art, modern events venue with 11 spoiling bedrooms, a celebrated farm-to-fork, fine dining restaurant – Green Cow Kitchens and fifteen hundred acres of rolling Herefordshire countryside. Set on the border of Herefordshire and Worcestershire, we’re surrounded by splendid woodland, luscious green fields and the happy animals on our organic home farm.

For a fun and relaxed wedding venue, experience your wedding breakfast in our unique and spectacular yurt marquee and its outdoor area, before moving into our brand new barn-style party room for music and dancing. Located on our working farm, our wedding venue area includes outside space for you and guests to enjoy. Let the kids (and big kids!) Enjoy outdoor fairground games, whilst you sit on bales for a catch up with friends. Once dusk falls, enjoy the warmth of our fire pit. With marshmallows provided for toasting over the fire.

We have a range of catering options, all of which are prepared in-house by our catering team. Choose from grazing and picnic boards, afternoon tea, hold and cold buffet feasts, bbqs and a build your own burger station.

Our wedding celebration packages can include overnight and weekend glamping accommodation at our adjoining glamping site, Worcester Glamping. Let you guests make a real event of your wedding and offer them a night or two away in comfortable yet quirky yurts and bell tents, next door to Bennetts Willow Barn.

Our yurt marquee is only available April to September for weddings due to weather limitations, but if you would like to celebrate your wedding here at Bennetts Willow Barn, our barn is available for weddings all year round.

At Stanford Farm you now have the option of getting married in the Stables or outside in our Lakeside Wooden Pergola. You can have, chairs, benches, bales, bunting , flowers. Your wedding, your choice. You can keep your options open and decide on the day, after you have checked the weather. Both options are included in your 3 day exclusive use package. You will be invited back to our Open Days to add a lasting memento of your wedding, by adding a Love Lock to our Lovelock Bridge next to the lake. Maximum capacity 200 seated.

Inspired by the arts and with a background in theatre, Victoria’s designs and creative vision centre around a sensory experience. When you want your guests lost in a jungle, but you’re in the heart of the city, she will transport you.

Victoria is passionate about creating with people in mind. For her, connecting with you is invaluable and will allow her to deliver an exceptional event, thoughtfully designed with you at the core.

Managing Director

With a leadership background in corporate events and project management, Caroline is key to the logistical planning of VC Event Curation.

No idea is too grand with Caroline at the logistics helm. Whether it’s flying in your favourite champagne or bringing a Broadway cast to your party, it’s not a challenge, but her pleasure.

Caroline brings a level head and calming approach that will reassure and guide you. She looks to the big picture, ensuring it comes together with every element and detail working in harmony.
