Booking with us ensures that you will have a safe, comfortable environment, and that you will be housed with other ONCAMPUS students, which is a great opportunity to make friends! We have two fantastic residences available for you to book, both offers good value for money. We strongly recommend booking early as accommodation places sell out fast. In the following pages you will find lots of information on Cassaton House and at the back of this pack there is a quick summary table. There is also a price list and details on how to reserve a room. Our Dundas Residence offers spacious double bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms. The property boasts a large shared kitchen and communal lounge, perfect for socialising with your flatmates! There is also a study area complete with desks for you to undertake your assignments. Both of our Sunderland residences are located close to ONCAMPUS Sunderland, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and bus/train stations – making it easy for students to commute for their studies and enjoy all the perks of student life! Newcastle, famous for its nightlife, can be easily reached via public transport only a short distance away.
