REDUCED FARE ELIGIBILITY Seniors, Disability, Medicare Proof of Eligibility Senior citizens, age 62 and older must show a valid driver’s license, DMV card, Medicare Card or Omnitrans Reduced Fare ID. Persons with disabilities must show an Omnitrans Reduced Fare ID card, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) card, Medicare card or current disability photo ID card from another transit agency. Senior and Disability ID Cards Omnitrans issued Senior and Disability ID Cards are available for seniors and qualified person with disabilities. To get an application, call (909)379-7100 or visit omnitrans.org. Once you have received an application, fill it out and mail it to the address listed on the application. Be sure to include a copy of your qualifying identification, and a recent wallet sized photo, plus a $2 processing fee, in the form of a check or money order, made out to: ScreenCheck North America. Your approved ID card will be mailed directly to you within 10 business days. Please note there is a $5 replacement fee for lost or stolen cards. To get a replacement form call (909)379-7100 or visit omnitrans.org Omnitrans ADA ID Card Persons qualified under the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) may receive this card following an application and evaluation process. Call for more information at (909) 379-7284. Personal Care Attendants ride Access and Omnitrans free when traveling with and boarding at the same stop as a fare paying ADA passenger. The passenger’s ADA card must state they are PCA eligible.

Veterans Proof of eligibility such as County of San Bernardino Military Veterans ID card, US Dept. of Veterans Affairs ID card, DMV ID/Driver license with Veteran designation, Dept. of Defense retired ID card or a transit agency Veterans ID card is required. To apply for the San Bernardino County military Veterans ID card, visit http://hss.sbcounty.gov/va.

Uniformed Active Military, Police and Fire Personnel Active duty military, police or fire personnel ride free on all of Omnitrans, sbX and OmniGo buses. (Not available on Access curb-to-curb service.) Active duty military personnel must wear the appropriate uniform at the time of boarding and present a valid U.S. Uniformed Services ID card indicating active service or a Common Access card indicating unformed services or active duty.
