Daniele Cardaropoli, DDS Instruments Kits Periodontal Kit Post – Extractive Kit Micro Curettes Kit

Periodontal Kit Periodontal Kit developed with Dr. Daniele Cardaropoli. The special octagonal handle gives to each instrument a remarkable cutting ability and precision. The complete kit provides a kit of sharp surgical instruments which are essential during the periodontal conservative and resective –regenerative surgery. This kit can be used both for remodelling bone tissue and decontaminating periodontal pockets and for polishing root surfaces. The millimetre probe, up to 15 mm, is essential for proper diagnosis and planning during the whole treatment.

Details of the surgical instruments The colored markings easily allow to identify the different probing depths at 5, 10 and 15 mm. The probe has been developed to be also used in the diagnosis of very deep pockets.

70.B8015

DC1 millimetric probe 15 mm

With its narrow anatomic shape, the tissue dissector is suitable for the soft tissues flap elevation, and in particular for the elevation of the interdental papilla preserved in regenerative surgery.

70.B8013

DC2 tissue dissector 13.5 cm

The characteristic lance - shaped tip is recommended in the procedures of intra groove incision in interdental spaces and for the detachment of the papilla base. The tip has left and right side working parts.

70.B8151

DC3 kramer-nevins scalpel

This periosteal elevator, designed for micro-periodontal and muco-gingival surgery, has two working parts. The first has a lanceolate shape, particularly suitable for the dissection of the well formed interdental papillae, as for the retro-incisive papillae. The second, which has a corner of more than 90 째 with respect to the handle, allows an easy detachment of the lingual and palatal papillae working from the vestibular side.

70.B7286

DC4 Papilla elevator

to be used for the dissection of soft tissues, it has two working parts. The first, aligned with the handle, is indicated for working at the interproximal level. The second, slightly arched, is more indicated to work in correspondence of the vestibular and lingual surfaces of the teeth.

70.B7743

DC5 Periosteal elevator

To be used for minor bone correction procedures in surgically hard to reach areas and for the removal of fiber tissues from the dental surface. Ascending and descending bended sides.

70.B8002 DC6

straight fedi chisel

5

Details of the surgical instruments

Bone chisel with back-action. It works with a classic pulling in order to be very effective in the maneuvers of debridement and bone remodeling in areas adjacent to the teeth.

70.B8107 DC7

rhodes back-action 36/37

Periodontal chisel, with sharp small working part on both sides. Very useful for the debridement of bone defects and the removal of calcified deposits in tight spaces.

70.B8274 DC8

goldman-fox gf-4

6

Periosteal elevator, designed to retract the muco-periosteal tissue after the incision of the gingival margin. It has two working parts: a smaller one, more indicated for the phase of detachment, and a larger one, suitable for soft tissue retraction.

70.B0052 DC9

Molt curette 2/4 modified

Designed for the removal of supragingival calculus deposits, it finds its ideal use both in the removal of calcified deposits and in the phase of root planing.

70.B3119 DC10

scaler M23

Post-extractive Kit The post-extractive kit developed with Dr. Daniele Cardaropoli, has been designed to perform the extraction of dental elements in an atraumatic and minimally invasive way in order to keep intact the soft tissues, especially of the interdental papilla and of the cortical bone. The instrument Carda # 4, finds its application in the techniques of ridge preservation for the filling of the socket after extraction and in immediate post-extractive implants for filling the gap between bone and implant.

Details of the surgical instruments The instrument 70.H1521 is used to make the initial sindesmotomy. After you cut the fibers of the super-crestal attack, thanks to its reduced thickness you will be able to easily penetrate into the periodontal space.

70.H1521 Carda # 2

Light Periotome

The curved instrument 70.H1523 is used in anatomical areas difficult to reach by the corresponding straight instrument, especially in some parts of the sideposterior sectors.

70.H1523 Carda # 3

Interproximal Periotome

The micro elevator 70.H1520 is used to dislocate the root in the most atraumatic possible way. Thanks to its small size, the cortical bone may be preserved.

70.H1520 Carda #1

Heavy Periotome

10

The spoon side of the Carda # 4 instrument is used to bring the granules of biomaterial in the receiving site, both for the filling of the socket in the ridge preservation techniques and for filling the bone-implant gap in the immediate post-extraction.

70.H1519 Carda # 4

Probe-compactor 15mm/spoon

The compactor side of the instrument Carda # 4 is used to place and compact, with consecutive injections, the biomaterial granules within the receiving site, both for the filling of the socket in the ridge preservation techniques and for filling the bone-implant gap in the immediate post-extraction.

Micro Curettes Kit The micro-curettes kit is indicated to be used in periodontal surgery, especially in regenerative and soft tissue plastic surgery. In all phases of flaps management, in full-thickness and partialthickness flap elevation, in papilla preservation techniques and creation of the surgical papilla, the control and perfect soft tissue management are the foundation for an aesthetic result in modern microsurgical approach.
