About Us.

Led by Founder & Managing Director Riye Arai-Coupe, Bluebird brings together a team of highly experienced and passionate professionals, spanning strategic advisory, development, design and project management, and independent superintendence

With 18 years of experience in strategic & development advisory and project delivery, Riye has worked with a variety of private and corporate property developers including Mirvac, Destination Brisbane Consortium, Consolidated Properties Group, AVID Property Group, Arklife, Sekisui House, Brisbane Housing Company, UnitingCare QLD and Queensland Investment Corporation.

Riye has extensive in-depth experience and market knowledge and provides strong leadership and direction at all stages of the project lifecycle Her expertise includes strategic and development advisory, acquisitions, feasibility studies, due diligence assessments, project value optimisation, design development and approvals, project delivery, sales and marketing, stakeholder management and financial management

Having completed a range of tertiary qualifications, Riye has a Bachelor of Property Economics (Distinction), an Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction Management, and is QBCC licenced to provide Project Management Services Since 2011, Riye has also served across the industry dedicating herself to the wider property industry including:
