HIKING & BIKING Omaha’s trail system is called Paths of Discovery - each twist and turn winds through a different part of the city. More than 85 miles of paved interconnected trails invite walkers, joggers, bicyclists, skaters and cross-country skiers. The system is also accessible to people with disabilities. DRIVING SAFARI Just west of Omaha, you’ll find the Lee G. Simmons Conservation Park & Wildlife Safari, a four mile drive-through wildlife adventure. Drive, hike and see animals in their natural habitat. A new 600-square foot viewing deck overlooks 40 acres of land where a herd of American Bison roam.
