1 EXT. MULTI-STOREY BUILDING. SNOWY DAY. The tanned faรงade of a multi-storey building is pictured in a winter setting. In the shadow of the building a fallen metal gate lies horizontally against snow-covered ground. A large, grey safe can be seen resting against the sill of an open window on the building's second floor. Several observers are seemingly watching the scene, heard from off camera. OBSERVER 1 (O.C.) (Laughs) OBSERVER 2 (O.C.) (Inaudible speech) Inching forward as it is pushed from behind, the friction between the safe and the window sill makes a high pitched screeching noise. It gradually moves forward three times, each with its own high pitched sound. OBSERVER 2 (O.C.) (Incoherent verbal exclamation) With one more motion, the safe tips forward out of the window. It falls for several seconds, picking up speed before colliding with the snow-covered ground with a short, loud crash. As the safe strikes the earth, it tilts forward, its doors visibly swinging open and shut. CUT.
