SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on availability. Orders are shipped on a first-in-first-out basis from Denver, CO. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items are made to order and production lead time is approximately 4-6 weeks. All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment, and will be included in final invoice. Tracking info will be provided. Please let us know if you require a specific ship date and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Olive & Olde’s is not responsible for carrier shipping delays. At this time, international shipping is not available.
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted unless products are damaged or defective. Please inspect all items upon receipt and contact wholesale@oliveandoldes.com within five business days with photos to request replacement items.
PAYMENT TERMS AND BILLING
Credit card info (we accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) is collected when placing order, but is not charged until order ships. All invoices are sent electronically to the billing email address on file. Late payments will incur a late fee of 10% of the order value per month. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
All Olive & Olde’s products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. If products are sold online, credit must be given to Olive & Olde’s in the product description. Retailers may not sell Olive & Olde’s products on third-party online platforms (ie., eBay, Amazon, Etsy, etc.) without obtaining prior written permission from Olive & Olde’s.
ORDER MINIMUMS
$250 minimum for opening orders, $150 minimum for reorders. When selecting product colors, a minimum order quantity of two items per product per color are required.

A bit more about me: consider me the recovered highstrung human who’s devoted her life to making yours a tiny bit better. As a past ICU nurse, all I wanted was a soft, safe place to land at the end of a chaotic day. So I made one. Then another one. And then thousands more.
