1. Develop an IRC with video production capabilities and technological tools to enhance course delivery across the School.

2. Develop departmental and/or program-specific strategic plans to systematically upgrade and improve current facilities and equipment used in student learning and engagement.

3. Develop facilities at the South Oxford Center to house and improve operations of our departments and centers. (e.g., Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management, Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, Center for Health and Sports Performance, Athletic Training and Sports Medicine programs, and a Clinical Research Center)

4. Partner with other entities across campus to enhance instructional experiences, improve University operations and community service. (e.g., University-Oxford Airport, Inn at Ole Miss, 1810 Grille, Athletics Department, Insight Park, etc.)
