AUCTION TYPES: RESERVE AUCTION

A reserve auction opens with an opening bid based on the lowest amount the seller will take for the piece of equipment. A bidder must place a bid higher than the opening bid for the item to sell.

On a reserve auction the marketing fee is paid at time of listing and is non-refundable. The marketing fee is based on the opening bid price. If the item sells for a higher price and jumps to a higher marketing rate, the difference will be take out of the proceeds of the sale.

Each piece of equipment will be marketed for a minimum of two weeks prior to going into an online interactive bidding auction on AuctionTime.com.

Once the auction has closed Coffey Realty & Auction invoices the bidder, collects and clears the funds. Once all funds have been cleared, the proceeds will be sent to the seller and the buyer will contact seller directly to arrange pickup. All costs associated with moving the piece of equipment are the buyers responsibility. * All rates are subject to sales tax

AUCTION TYPES: ABSOLUTE AUCTION

An absolute auction opens with an opening bid based on the lowest amount the seller between $25 & $100. The piece of equipment sells to the highest bidder no matter what the final bid is over the opening bid. The sellers fee is based on the rate card below and is deducted from the sales proceeds.

Each piece of equipment will be marketed for a minimum of two weeks prior to going into an online interactive bidding auction on AuctionTime.com.

Once the auction has closed Coffey Realty & Auction invoices the bidder, collects and clears the funds. Once all funds have been cleared, the proceeds will be sent to the seller and the buyer will contact seller directly to arrange pickup. Terms & Conditions

All items have been described to the best of our ability with the information provided to the auction company. All items are being sold "as-is, where-is" with no guarantees whatsoever.

All sales are final, no refunds or cancellations are allowed. Bidders are required to make their inspections and fully satisfy themselves prior to making any bids.

PAYMENT: Full payment is required by bank certified check or via wire transfer, $20 bank fee will be billed to buyer for wire transfer within (5) five business days of the end of the auction (unless prior arrangements are made). All items are to remain onsite and NO items will be released until payment is made in full and cleared by our bank. If items are not paid for in full with in 14 days Items will be sold to back up bidder or put back up for action. Bidder that failed to pay will be responsible for any monetary damages incurred by the seller and or Coffey Realty & Auction.

An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with "Auctiontime.com" immediately upon conclusion of the auction sale.

Successful bidders are required to contact United Country - Coffey Realty & Auction, LLC within 24 hours of the completion of the auction sale to verify payment is being made correctly.

PICK UP: Shipping or pickup is the sole responsibility of the buyer at buyer's expense. Items must be picked up within 15 business days (unless other arrangements are made). Buyers are fully responsible for any holding or (Storage Fees), if the equipment is left onsite after the 15 day period.

United Country - Coffey Realty & Auction, LLC will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies related to the (size, type, condition, usability, suitability or general description) of any item advertised.

All bidders are responsible to conduct their own assessment prior to placing any bids in the auction sale.

Titled vehicles will be supplied a Bill of Sale. Tax and license requirements will be subject to the rules in the State of the purchaser, unless buyer has a "valid" (current) tax exemption certificate or card on file with the auction company, prior to paying for equipment.
