INAUGURATION OF A SOUP KITCHEN IN VALENCIA (SPAIN) A soup kitchen, which had already been operating as a food bank for several months, was inaugurated in Valencia to coincide with the 40th anniversary of New Acropolis in the city. For the first meal offered at the center, volunteers cooked two paellas that fed twenty people.
INAUGURACIÓN DE UN COMEDOR SOCIAL EN VALENCIA (ESPAÑA) Coincidiendo con el 40 aniversario de Nueva Acrópolis en Valencia, se inauguró el comedor social que ya estaba funcionando como despensa solidaria desde hace algunos meses. Los voluntarios cocinaron dos paellas que alimentaron a veinte personas, ofreciendo así la primera comida en este centro.
CAMPAÑA «ES HORA DE AYUDAR» (COSTA RICA) Los voluntarios de NA Costa Rica visitaron la comunidad indígena cabécar en Chumico de Alajuela. Previamente se llevó a cabo una campaña de recogida de distintos útiles escolares, como uniformes y materiales en general, bajo el lema «Es hora de ayudar», que fueron entregados a los niños de la comunidad.

Prior to the visit, there had been a campaign to collect various school supplies such as uniforms and learning materials, under the motto “It’s time to help,” which were delivered to the children of the community.
