Eclipse Resources footprint, including over 155,000 net acres in southeast Ohio and north central Pennsylvania with Marcellus Condensate exposure, coupled with a strong, experienced and highly efficient operating team, make it a premier player in the Appalachian Basin. Eclipse continues to revolutionize the cost structure and returns profile of the Utica Shale with a focus on science and innovation. The Company's cutting edge "Super-Lateral" program has produced some of the longest onshore horizontals ever drilled in the country and the evolution of its completion design has led to wells generating higher EURs and rates of return. Perhaps most importantly, the accomplished management team leads by example with a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

Oil & Gas Awards 2018

Welcome to the 2018 Northeast Oil & Gas Awards commemorative Yearbook

T

hese were the 6th Annual Awards for the Northeast region and the organizations and individuals in this journal were acknowledged by the award’s judging panel to have excelled in their work in 2017, whilst also focusing on the industry core values of Health & Safety, Environmental Stewardship and Corporate Social Responsibility. The Oil & Gas Awards champion best practice and recognize organizations operating in the upstream and midstream sectors of the industry. The media and members of the general public do not distinguish between the different sectors of the industry, which is why the Awards incorporate categories for all parts of the upstream and midstream sectors. The absent mindedness of an individual on an assembly line can have dramatic consequences months later should equipment fail when being used in the field. This reflects badly on the industry as a whole, we therefore think it is extremely important that best practice is championed from top to bottom and the Awards are a platform to promote to the press and public the great work being done. The Oil & Gas Awards are unique in highlighting the incredible innovation and commitment to positive industry development and expansion, rebutting traditionally negative mainstream coverage. The Awards celebrate corporate success twinned with organization’s commitment to health & safety, environmental stewardship and corporate social responsibility.

I would like to congratulate all of the organizations and individuals that were voted finalists by the judges, and to the winners - well done! Many thanks to the thought leading organizations and individuals that participated in the Industry Summit and Awards. We especially appreciate the support of our judges, sponsors and partners, without whom the Oil & Gas Awards would not be possible. To find out more about the upcoming Industry Summits and to attend any of the Awards galas please visit www.oilandgasawards.com. I hope that you enjoy reading this commemorative Yearbook, please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to share your thoughts and feedback.

Best regards,

Daniel P. Creasey Chairman, Oil & Gas Awards.

Trumbull Energy Services Trumbull Energy Services (TES) is the No. 1 preferred provider of oil and gas services in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.

Judges’ Comments: With more than $474million of construction projects completed since its inception in 2009 and working with more than 20 leading E&P’s across the Marcellus & Utica, Trumbull Energy Services has become the No. 1 preferred provider of oil and gas services in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio.

Since 2009, Trumbull Energy Services has completed over $474m worth of work. These projects have included site excavation and preparation, construction of more than 300 well pad locations for 20 different E&P companies and construction of over 30 compressor stations. As a union contractor, we have worked more than one million man-hours since entering the oil and gas industry. Nothing we do is more important than each of our workers going home safely at the end of each day. In 2017, our TRIR was 0.82 with 250,000 hours worked, bringing us one step closer to achieving ‘Goal Zero’. A key enabler to our success is that over 200 TES employees have received PEC Safeland training. TES also maintains five in-house instructors

for Safeland and Safe Construction. Because of PEC’s high regard for our safety culture, TES was requested to assist PEC in the development and roll out of their new Safe Construction 10 Hour course. Our largest project is the early works project for the 400-acre Shell cracker plant site in Monaca. Trumbull Energy Services was the only contractor large enough to provide the manpower and equipment needed to prepare the site for construction. As the largest construction project to date to be built in Western Pennsylvania, it had heavy labor, equipment and materials demands. The project concluded in 2017. Trumbull Energy Services is an approved contractor with ISN, Avetta, Team Alert, and PEC.

EnerCorp Sand Solutions EnerCorp Sand Solutions is the leading provider of production sand filtration solutions in the energy industry. Providing complete solutions from flowback and into full production, EnerCorp is positioned to provide customers with custom engineering, onsite sand management and servicing, as well as rental or purchase equipment options.

Judges’ Comments: Proven examples of the EnerCorp Sand Management technology increasing well production by 100% after installation while also eliminating 99% of sand from production facilities makes this a real solution to a problem that has existed in the industry for some time.

EnerCorp Sand filtration solutions encompass technological improvements to traditional sand separators as well as our patented, innovative Sand Filter System. Through the use of customizable hydro-cyclonic inserts for the sand separators, EnerCorp is able to achieve a much more efficient sand knock-out than traditional separators, or even single-phase cyclone designs. For larger proppants and lower solid returns, these dual cyclone systems may be the only solution necessary. However, for finer sands and higher solids return, the EnerCorp Sand

Filter is the most effective solution. Available in a variety of sizes and pressure ratings, these filter systems achieve up to 99% solids removal without restricting well flow. Field tested and customer proven, the EnerCorp Sand Filter has eliminated wash-outs in production equipment due to sand/solids erosion, enabled more aggressive choke schedules to be introduced without fear of erosion damage to production facilities and eliminated the need to shut down operations for clean-out of solids build-up.

Blue Racer Midstream Blue Racer is a joint venture formed in December 2012 to own, operate, develop and acquire midstream assets in the Utica Shale and certain adjacent areas in the Marcellus Shale.

Judges’ Comments: With an extensive footprint across the Utica and reaching into the Marcellus, Blue Racer have established themselves a key midstream service provider and have established relationships with several of the most active producers in the Utica and Marcellus shale plays.

Blue Racer provides natural gas gathering, compression, dehydrating, treating, processing and transportation services and NGL fractionation and transportation services. Blue Racer also gathers, stabilizes and transports condensate. We believe that Blue Racer’s strategically located assets and contractual relationships with fourteen material customers will allow us to retain and grow our position as a leading midstream energy company serving customers in the Utica and Marcellus shale. Blue Racer’s assets, which consist primarily of gathering pipelines, processing plants, fractionators and related equipment, form an interconnected midstream ‘Super System’, which means Blue Racer is able to gather and process natural gas, fractionate NGLs and redeliver residue gas and purity NGL products

at multiple locations on its system, regardless of where on its system it receives natural gas or receives NGLs from its producer customers. The backbone of Blue Racer’s ‘Super System’ is a network of natural gas, NGL and condensate pipelines that we believe is one of the largest in the Utica Shale. Our system connects to major natural gas and NGL pipelines, via direct connections or interconnects, that serve markets across the United States. Blue Racer’s business is underpinned by significant contractual commitments from its customers. These commitments are comprised of multi-year contracts that include various types of commercial arrangements, including acreage dedications, well pad dedications, minimum volume commitments and demand payments.

Judges’ Comments: An entry that highlights Renegade Wireline’s services to the oil & gas industry as a whole along with the innovation between Renegade at FHE to manufacturer the RigLock, increasing safety and efficiency and recognized by Shell.

Renegade Services is an industry leader focused on propelling forward and staying on top of industry advancements. Over the past year, Renegade Services implemented and fully tested a revolutionary new oil and gas product, FHE RigLock™, which makes removal and install of wireline pressure control equipment a remote task. Our VP of Operations, Randy Cassady, approached Frank Henry Equipment (FHE) about building

RigLock™ with a driving motivation of improving safety. Some of the key safety advancements include removing a man from working on an arial lift under suspended loads, which can exceed 15,000lbs, removing the risk of dropped objects and removing a man from the redzone entirely. Efficiency was an added perk. RigLock™ can eliminate NPT, because with RigLock™, frac no longer waits on wireline and wireline no longer waits on frac.
