In her current position, Wafa specializes in international and corporate law, and focuses on legal compliance, commercial litigation, corporate governance, and intellectual property. She is a member of the Australasian Compliance Institute, the Corporate Counsel Middle-East, ACI International Compliance Association, Professional Associate; Turnaction-Disabled Children in Tunisia, and is a Co-Founder of the Tunisian Bar. In addition to her career, Wafa led a project from July to September 2003 as a Young Ambassador in which she represented Tunisia in a State Department Program among thirteen Arab countries where there were presentations regarding the legal system in Tunisia and in different US states. She also holds an associate ACI accreditation.
