• Assist and support internal management reporting.

• Assist and support compliance with legal, accounting, and tax reporting.

• Ad Hoc projects involving Microsoft Excel and SAP. % of Time Perform all other duties as assigned EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER Qualifications: EDUCATION: • Currently enrolled in an accounting major as a full time student with a graduation date between fall 2014 and spring 2015 for a 4 year program, or, between fall 2014 and spring 2016 for a 5 year program (150 hours) at an accredited institution.

• Cumulative GPA 3.0 minimum • Experience with Microsoft Excel • Able to work in St. Louis, MO. a minimum 10 consecutive week internship from May-August 2014.

• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. SKILLS: • Knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP. • Organized, adept at multi-tasking, and quick learner.

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong PC skills with focus on Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work in team environment.
