Take your time eating your food; sometimes, distractions make you feel like you haven’t had enough to eat. Nor do you have to stop eating your favorite foods. Everything is good in moderation. Most importantly, don’t stress about your weight. As long as you set your mind to it, you’ll make your weight goal.
