But neuroscientist Wendy Suzuki says, if you tune in to your worry and emotion and change your mindset about them, you can actually reap unexpected benefits. In this workshop, Liz Hernandez shares the many tips, tools, and techniques she developed as a caregiver during her mother’s long Alzheimer’s journey.
