Initial Meeting with nominated builder to establish and draft OH&S setup of site, including study of all trades involved, equipments and methods of operations on site; Conduct site inspections during constructions and at practical completion; Issuing of site instructions, variations, acceptances, extensions of time, clauses letters, etc. to both clients and builders; Ensure that builder has all OH&S requirements in proper process; The provision of progress payments to contractors and private consultants, and The monitoring of project finances to meet project budget.
