- AN offshore netWORK for GROWTH & export The vision of the association is to be the Danish focal point for offshore companies and at the same time to be a competent association creating value not only for the members, but also for cooperation partners. The target group is the offshore industry and shipping companies/ shipbuilders connected to the offshore sector. Today, system solutions rather than single products are demanded to a greater extent compared to previously. This makes new demands on Danish suppliers thus the object of the association is to create a forum for strategic cooperation with one definite goal: growth and export. Here Danish companies support and supplement each other with new solutions in an expansive and demanding market.
The association works for: • Export of Danish marine and offshore products and solutions • Joint system solutions • New business opportunities Through member meetings the association will generate knowledge exchange and cooperation to strengthen the members’ competencies and competitiveness. Who are we? The association was founded in 2001 on the basis of several inquiries from companies within the industry. The offshore industry in Denmark consists of up to 2000 companies, of which 500 has offshore as their primary business area. Today, the association consists approx. 100 member companies, who work with everything from constructions and products to consultancy and services within the offshore sector. The association aims at Danish companies, institutions and knowledge centres with interest in the offshore industry – seeking a strategic cooperation on development, production, marketing and/or sales.
Mission The association is very knowledgeable about marine and offshore activities and supports the network with high quality events conducive to sales.
Vision We wish to be internationally acknowledged as an association with strong competencies and wish to be the gathering point for Danish suppliers to marine, wind and offshore related customers and generate value to our our members and partners.

DMOG Member Directory Each year shortly after New Year, DMOG publishes a catalogue where all members are represented with logo, contact info, picture and a 50 word profile text. The catalogue also includes a Product & Service Directory which lists all members according to categories by own choice. Further promotion is also possible in the form of an advertisement. The catalogue is sent to embassies with oil and gas activities, to our partners EUROnet and handed out at international exhibitions and seminars where DMOG participates.
Membership according to goals and needs Personal member A personal membership gives insight into the association’s activities. You are registered on the website and have the right to use the term “Member of Danish Marine & Offshore Group”. The member receives the association’s general presentation materials. The member can at any time extend the membership to the basic or extended membership.
Basic company membership This membership gives the member the right to participate in ERFAmeetings and get special offers on symposia and courses. You can access general market analyses. You will receive “newsletters” and you will be admitted with a company profile and 5 keywords in the “Supplier Index”. Company members will also be represented in our Member Directory.
Extended company membership Besides the features in the basic membership, this membership also includes: joint marketing activities, follow-up on sales leads, extended admission to the association website and “Supplier Index” as well as extended access to market analyses. The service pack gives the right to a certain scope of secretariat services.

The aim of the association is to promote Danish exports of marine and offshore products and common system solutions, and to take part in serving potential new business opportunities, including through liaison meetings, export networks and joint export drives and promotional activities, including organising and implementing national stands at international exhibitions.

Membership of
Danish Marine & Offshore Group Admission to the association takes place by sending a written application to the association’s secretariat, who checks that the applicant fulfils the conditions for the membership. The board makes the final decision on admission.The association strives to bring the consideration of each application to an end within app. 10 days, and the applicant will receive an answer in writing. The applicant must fill out an application form with information about the company and its product portfolio. This will be used later on for admission to the association’s website. By registration, a one-off payment is to be paid for set-up of the member’s website data, entry into the “Supplier Index” and creation of a profile page. The membership fee is paid once a year and will depend on the chosen membership type. The membership fee is determined at the AGM. Payment is in advance and the first time by registration. Subsequently, payments are due immediately after the annual general meeting. The application form can be found in this brochure or can be downloaded together with the Articles of Association from our website.
