Tangling jets Temco® LD32N LD32N with quick-change in modular design as single or multiple system Temco provides the tanglelacing jet LD32 in modular design to comply with the requirements for ever increasing thread speeds for processing technical yarns, e.g. glass fibres and carpet yarns. This air jet fits on all spindraw texturing machines known on the market for initial equipment or upgrading. Theses jets are suitable to process yarns up to dtex 10,000 at thread speeds of up to 4,000 m/min depending on the relevant titer. Jet inserts made of special ceramics Air jet inserts made of special ceramics with optimized blast and thread duct cross sections help: -

to reduce air consumption, to attenuate noise emissions, to obtain better textile technological values, to handle yarns more smoothly, and to increase service life of jets considerably.

A suitable material allows a good reproduction of geometry, shape and surface of air and thread ducts, and ensures a high uniformity. The interchangeable ceramic inserts allow to set either hard, soft, short or long knots in line with the requested tanglelacing.

LD32 as onefold and twofold system

Lowering air consumption The optimized air and thread ducts enable to obtain the requested tanglelacing by a lower volume stream compared with conventional jets. Yarn qualities and cost-effective air consumptions can be predetermined by selecting adequate jets with suitably dimenstioned ceramic inserts. An optimized efficiency of the jets is ensured by suitably designed and arranged air connections.
